Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2026 is looking for a talented Chef de Rang to join our team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, he/she will have experience working in fine dining and/or luxury restaurants environments, and will display great passion for food, beverages and wines, along with luxury service.
The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia and the contract is full time.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy/EU.
Responsabilities:
- Warmly greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and offering recommendations on food and beverages.
- Engage with guests and deliver memorable and enchanting restaurant experiences
- Serving food and drinks with precision, elegance, and adherence to established service standards.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Fulfil any requested operation including assisting with restaurant preparation, table setups and service on the floor, mise-en-place and cleaning
- Respect the Belmond standards, policies and procedures, while observing all safety and hygiene directions so that they are met at all times
- Establish and maintain a polite and caring relationship with all guests while handling their requests and enquiries
- Work closely with the Restaurant team to ensure the best service is always delivered
